We recommend no more than 2 persons per bedroom - we do have hide-a-beds in the living room that will sleep two - however, hide-a-beds are not as comfortable as regular beds. We recommend you go to the next size larger home to avoid overcrowding. Vacations are more enjoyable this way.

There are no phones in our vacation homes - we will take messages and see that you receive them. There are pay phones on the island and mainland open to you 24 hours per day. Most vacationers find it a relief to be away from the phone.

Free parking for 2 cars. Additional cars $5.00 per day.

tf you prefer to have indoor parking for your car or truck a 10 x 30 ft. space is available - make your reservation early ($45 per week).

Every effort will be made to honor your choice of vacation home; however we reserve the right to substitute an equal or better unit (at same rate as reserved).

We also reserve the right to put daily guests in a different unit to accommodate weekly reservations.

Controlled Pets: Accepted by special arrangement ($45 per wk for dogs under 30 lbs. - $75 per wk for dogs over 30 lbs. 1/2 price spring and fall) Must be kept on leash at all times & not left in Villa alone. Prtable kennels highly recommended.

Please make arrangements if you are checking in later than 6 P.M. (The office is not staffed 24 hours..)

DEPOSIT: ½ of listed rate is the required deposit and is due 5 days after making the reservation. It is important that you get your deposit in as we continue to get many requests for the Villas. You may phone in your Charge card number. Balance in full due on arrival. Daily rentals available when possible - Cost 1/5 the weekly rate. Additional days beyond a week are 1/7 weekly rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We refund your deposit minus 10% service fee if the unit is rerented. No refunds for early departures. We require a refundable $250 security deposit to cover the boat and home against damage and the assurance that the home will be left reasonably clean. (You can put this on a charge card.) If you have any questions in regard to this, please ask.

Changes: Hillcrest Units now have fireplaces and are air-conditioned.

Gratuity is not included. It is customary to tip the person who helps you carry your luggage.
